Summary
The Protector’s Fund supports the community of Bahia Pinas’ highest priorities through strategic educational and community programs and conservation initiatives that protect and conserve the land as well as give the village access to resources they need for economic stability.
Overview
This flexible fund allows the distribution of funds to the initiatives that are most in need of support, allowing the fulfillment of immediate needs for the Village of Piñas.
Your Gift
Your gift provides flexible funding the village of Bahia Piñas.
– A $50 gift can help us purchase 15 seedlings to reach our goal of planting 500 trees annually for 5 years for our reforestation project.
– A $150 gift can help us move forward to develop a community center, school, and sports fields.
– A $500 gift can provide one month of schools supplies for our Kindergarten and English classes for youth and adults.
– A $1,500 gift can pay for one month of music, art, and technology equipment for our music, art, and cultural program.
– $2,500 gift allows for the monthly cost of an Agricultural Educator to teach proper farming techniques and educate in the production of economically viable crops.
– A $3,000 gift can purchase uniforms for our afterschool sports program for an entire year.
Impact
Without flexible support, the most urgent needs of the village of Piñas cannot be met. This fund allows us to distribute much needed donations to the critical basic needs of the community, as well as to projects with the most urgent requirements across all Conservancy initiatives.
